Standard products
Unused standard-stock products in original packaging may be returned within the period stated on your invoice, subject to a restocking fee.
Custom and made-to-order
Custom-configured, made-to-order and imported-to-order products are not returnable unless faulty.
Faulty products
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
